Can I use an Esselon gift card on your web site?
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot redeem Esselon gift cards through the website. To order, you must use a valid credit card.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we will exchange it or refund the amount of the product (excluding shipping charges). Unopened merchandise may be exchanged for any reason within thirty days of the order date. Custom ground coffee is non-returnable unless you are unsatisfied with the quality. Please call us at 413-585-1515 to obtain a return authorization. Products shipped to 3rd party shipper and/or freight forward house are considered final sale products and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If you receive an order that is incorrect or the product you received is damaged, please contact our office at 413-585-1515 within thirty days of the order date. A refund or replacement will only be issued upon our receipt of the damaged or incorrect products. In the event that a return shipment is authorized for the incorrect or damaged product, we will only be responsible for the return shipping & handling cost from the original ship-to address, via UPS ground shipping. Esselon Coffee Roasting Co., Inc. is not responsible for any shipping expenseps incurred outside of the original business transaction. Products shipped to 3rd party shipper and/or freight forward house are not qualified for return or exchange under any circumstance.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
We offer domestic shipping through UPS and USPS, or you can choose to pick up your order at our location in Hadley, MA during regular business hours.
When is my order shipped?
We roast our coffee on site, and want you to have the freshest beans possible. We roast on Monday and Thursday, so orders are processed and will be shipped after the next roasting cycle. You will be contacted if an item is out of stock and shipment will be delayed. Orders are shipped via UPS within the continental U.S. unless otherwise stated and we do not offer Saturday deliveries. Please provide a physical shipping address for deliveries. Call for shipments to P.O. boxes and international addresses. It usually takes 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered via UPS Ground.
Do you ship outside of the United States?

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes! When going through the checkout process you will be asked to enter in your billing address. On the same page, there is an option to choose a different shipping address.
